attorney at law, obtained his master’s degree in law at the University of West Bohemia in 1999. During the years 1999–2001 he completed a traineeship at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association in Prague since April 2002. His specialization is corporate law, commercial law and real-estate law. Martin Šenkýř is also an expert in compensation recovery. He speaks Czech, English and German.

Between 2007 and 2010 he lectured financial law at the Bank institute College. His specialization is commercial law, civil law and mergers and acquisition. He speaks Czech and English.
obtained a Master’s degree in Law, option economic and financial law at the Brussels University in 1978. He is a member of the Bar Association in Dendermonde since 1978. From the year 2006 he is also a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw as well as a member of the Bar Association in Prague and Vienna since 2010.
